This wasn't just an addition.
It was building something from the ground up.
It meant determining ceiling heights, planning stair placement, concealing HVAC systems, and integrating electrical and plumbing into the existing home.
From Concept to Construction
Things are really taking shape.
After commandeering the main-floor entry closet for access, the stairs are now in place. Heated floors have been installed in both the bathroom and art studio, and the windows and French doors are set. The lower-level deck is also complete, making access to the work area much easier.
This Luxury Treehouse is Complete
The lower level was designed to function as a comfortable, self-contained guest suite, complete with a third bathroom and a dedicated art studio for the homeowner.
