This project began with the discovery of a concealed leak beneath an existing cabinet.

As is often the case with water damage, the necessary repairs created an opportunity to reimagine the space. In addition to restoring the affected areas, the project expanded to include a full kitchen renovation and new flooring throughout the main level.

What was once a small, enclosed galley kitchen was transformed into an open, functional space — offering improved flow, increased storage, and a layout designed for everyday living.
