S & S Russell Construction, LLC opened its doors in 2007 during the housing crisis. Initially working with another contractor to remodel and sell houses, Scott quickly realized that he'd rather work with homeowners to help them achieve their remodeling dreams. Being a creative thinker coupled with 20 years in commercial construction, the transition to residential contractor was an easy one.
